I found a website (in Russian) that listed his victories, but lost it. Can anyone advise me of the web address?

One other question. Did Stepanenko shoot down Otto Kittel?

The list can be found here: http://www.airwar.ru/history/aces/ac...tepanenko.html . Stepanenko did not shoot down Kittel. This is yet another myth perpetuated by Dymich, a thoroughly discredited Russian historian.

Thats the one I found earlier. Its odd that none of his victories before July 1943 are listed, although he seems to have been claiming since mid-1942, flying Hurricanes and Yak-1B.

I agree about the Kittel claim. Everytime I look there seems to be another famous Soviet ace claiming and equally famous Luftwaffe pilot, and vice versa!
