Copies of Volumes three and five are still available.

Volume 3 - £60.00
Special offer - £30.00 if purchased with another volume
"Some copies of Volume 3 have some minor issues where the binding was not completed correctly. The pages are still intact and I have not received any information that pages have become detached."

Volume 5 - £60.00

These are heavy books and, therefore, postage will be more expensive. £8.50 within the UK.

"Unfortunately volumes 1, 2 and 4 are now out-of-print. We have looked into re-printing but it will be very costly for small runs and would mean that the books would have to be retailed in excess of £100.00 each."
