Help with GQM

Seeking help reading a GQM entry on 22-01-1943 page 5 (reel 13 page 199 on disc). It is for a Ju 52 of KGr.zbV 500 I can make out first names of Heinz , Alfred Wagner ?, Franz and Christian but not the surnames or date with the location looking like 'Kaliminkowe' . any help appreciated , thanks ,
