London bombing raid, Dez.8th 1940

Hi all,
I'm reading on A.Hillgruber and G. Hümmelchen chronology of WW2, that on Dez.8-9th 1940 the Luftwaffe hit London with a big bombing raid.
Anyway I cannot find any info on the web.

Does anyone know more about this fact?

Massive attack night of 8-9 Dec 40, most units reporting to have dropped bombs after midnight apart from KG 55. What do you want to know?

For certain LG 1, KG 27, KGr 126, KGr 100, KGr 606, KG 1, KG 77, KG 26, KG 51, KG 54 and KG 55
