Legion Condor aircraft photo negative

Re: Legion Condor aircraft photo negative
Hi Ed. This is an interesting one, a Monocoupe 90 ( the 1932 version with narrow tail) previously with the Andalucian Aero Club hence the non-military scheme but Nationalist code "30" for single-engine aircraft like trainers and light aircraft.
The under-wing registration was EC-MAA, visible here. The white lettering on the tail probably refers to the Flying Club. Regards Nick |

Hi Nick,
Very interesting. I've noticed a few French flying club aircraft that were apparently stored with military planes at the same hangar (photos from 1940). Best, Ed |

Hi Ed. Have you seen this site? it doesn't include impressed civilian aircraft as there were many and they usually kept their original markings etc., but seems very comprehensive.
There is a section on colours etc. Regards Nick http://equinoxe.dk/SCWaircraft/did.html |
