Information concerning the loss of Uffz. Willi Walbeck - fighter pilot - killed 04.05.1944

Hi,

Can anyone provide information on the loss of Uffz. Willi Walbeck who was a fighter pilot who was killed in the air on the 4th May 1944?

He was an experienced pilot who had been decorated with the EK II and Golden Flight Badge.

Hello Rick,

according to JFV 13/I and 13/V Uffz Willi Walbeck of 3./JG 11 was killed in a crash without enemy action on an operational flight near Hoya. His Fw 190 A-8 WNr. 730294, white 12, was destroyed 100%.

Thanks Leo - I have researched he had at least one victory - does anyone know how many confirmed claims he had?
