Loss Bf-110 11.January 1944 Hildesheim Area / Sottrum

Hi,

found local Documents for Aircraft Loss on 11. January 1944 near Sottrum
(Holle) south of Hildesheim. Both Crewmeber died in that crash. Due to Eye witnesses report from the villager, Acrft.-Type should be Bf-110.
No Names or further Details are known....

According to Balss' first book it happened at 11.45H and the two individuals that were KIA were:
FF: Oblt Rudolf Kordatzki
BF: Fw Walter Frese
The BM/BS managed to bail out OK so is not mentioned

Fw. W. Frese, repatriated to Dortmund-Mengede Grave: 795
