CBI. Passed away 1969. Any information gratefully accepted.
Family believed 23rd fighter group.

His name was either Henry Peters or Henry Dincalci? Huh?

He was born Henry Albert Dincalci. His mother divorced his father and married a man named Percy Hubert Peters in the 1930s. According to the 1940 census, Henry was then Henry Albert Peters.

Henry was a liaison pilot and served in Burma. He may have also served later in the Korean War.

Many kind thanks. Old folks memories fade a bit. He did mention p40 when visiting family in ny, during the war. Now I’m old(er) and understand why.
