on the webpage in question, those appear to be the meaning of the abbreviations above, though not in wider use.

Listed either as Stanley Inggolf Kvam or Ingolf Stanley Kvam, *10 May 1918 +13 Nov 1987.

It seems the middle (first?) name should be spelled Ingolf.

Also, is Ingolf Kvam hyphenated as Ingolf-Kvam or not? It's a rather uncommon name with origins that are difficult to trace (at least for me).

Having hopefully tracked down his son, it appears the family name is Kvam which the combat report says S I Kvam as opposed to S I-Kvam
