Hi guys
with the announcement by Crecy of a revised version of Mr. Butler's 'War Prizes' does anyone have any contact details for him? I would love to discuss the book and several aspects of it relevant to our own projects.

I tried emailing him ten days ago but no reply yet...

He can be a bit slow to respond and occasionally seems to have issues with his e-mail provider.
