Luftwaffe Dye
 

Bit of an anorak question i know! but can someone tell me what colour the dye was used by downed Luftwaffe crew during the Battle of Britain.

I think it was a very bright yellow...am i correct ?

If you mean downed to water/ sea: yes, bright greenish yellow.
