Second hand shops/flea markets/thrift stores in Dusseldorf?
 

Hi guys... I'm going to the Netherlands next week for a few days. As major German towns like Essen and Dusseldorf are less than three hours away by train, I thought I would visit one of them - Dusseldorf seems to be closest.

I wanted to try thrift / antique stores, flea markets and the like to see if I could stumble across WWII photos and albums...

can anyone recommend anything, or even point me in the direction of a better option within relatively easy travel distance of Amsterdam where I'm staying?
