Rk August 1941: Leie, Pflanz and Mayer
 

Hello,
I wanted to know if you knew of the photos of the presentation of the Ritterkreuz in August 1941 to Erich Leie, Rudolf Pflanz and Egon Mayer by Marshal Hugo Sperrle.
Personally, I only know of one photo from that day. It would be surprising if this event was not covered by the journalists. In John Weal's book on JG2 Richthofen, John Weal says there is a movie...but I looked at the Deutsche Wochenshau, and couldn't find anything.

hello Chris. do you have pictures when Sperrle freshly decorated them? I'm not talking about the photos of Leie, Pflanz and Mayer with Walter Oesau, a few days after being decorated. You confirm? Thanks, Fred
