Does anyone know what the VVS order of battle was for the action at Lake Khasan in August 1938.

Sorry to say I am very short on Soviet unit details but there has been a recent booklet published which
at least includes the incident. No idea if it will answer your question though...

Having now read the articles they give an excellent order of battle for the Soviet side
Especially the second and third source.
