Ju 88 Werk Nr. 1148. D-1 or A-4?

Ju 88 Werk Nr. 1148 belonged to 4.(F) Aufklärungsgruppe 14. The aircraft crashed at Vitebsk on 29 July 1941.

I'd be grateful to know which model it was.
