BOAC Mosquito G-AGFV 22/23 April 43
In reading the book "MOsquito A Pictural History of the DH 98" P Birtles
There is mentioned the BOAC MOsquito G-AGFV being damaged on the 22/23 April 1943 over Skargerrek by a Fw-190 the plane belly landed in Sweden and was under repair until December. There is no mention of the plane in the NCA. Checking Tony Woods Luftwaffe Claims list for this day they have 23 April 1943 Uffz Lilnle St/I/ JG 11 claiming a Mosquito over Denmark which looks like a match. |
