Bundesarchiv file RL 2-VI/202 has tables of production and Quartermaster General's allocation figures for the different aircraft types in each month of the war. It's available online.

I can't link you direct to the file, that doesn't seem to work, so here's where you start: https://invenio.bundesarchiv.de/invenio/login.xhtml

• If you aren't planning to register, select "Suche ohne Anmeldung".
• From there, select "Suche".
• Type or paste in the file reference in the "Signatur" box.
• After that, select "Digitalisat anzeigen" at the bottom right.
• Once you're into the file you have the option to download "Gesamte AE" (the whole file) or the page (Seite) you're currently on. Just click 'Download" at the top right.

If you have your web browser set to block pop-ups, it seems you need to disable that.

And if you want to have the number of airplanes and crews from each unit, you have to get RL 2-III/729b
