Information concerning loss of Feldwebel Otto Wallner - killed 28.08.1943

Hi,

I have purchased a portrait of a flier named Feldwebel Otto Wallner who was killed on the 28th August 1943 in the East.

He was an experienced flier with the EK I and the Silver Flight Badge.

Can anyone help identify him and his loss?

Hello Rick,

28.8.43 Uffz Otto Wallner Stabsstaffel/JG 51, a take off accident at airfield Gluchow, he rammed a truck with a crane construction and overturned. Fw 190 A-6 WNr. 550428 black 4, 100%.
