Air Classics had a series of the 365th FG in 4 issues. I have three of them.
From Air Classics Feb 93 "On an armed reconnaissance ,2nd Lt Richard C Gamble was hit by flak over Stollsberg,Germany. He was vectored just inside friendly lines, and as he preparedto bail out he was bounced by three Bf-109...he bailed out." |

Ross, By the way the P-47s that Oblt. Schall claimed on November 6,1944 were from the 356th FG,8th AF.
