Is it possible to find out if advanced aircraft were stationed there like the Me 262 or Ar 234?

You could try the DeZeng/Stankey airfields list over at www.ww2.dk. It includes notes about the units known to have been at each one.

I know of no evidence that Me 262 or Ar 234 units were stationed at the air base. I am not aware of a single indication of Ar 234 presence.
There are several indications to the presence of at least a few aircraft of the Me 262. Oberfeldwebel Lennartz from JG 7 landed on February 22nd, 1945 with an Me 262 in Uetersen. In the last few months, a Werft-Unit for Me 262 is said to have been in Uetersen.
There is a photo from 1949 showing a Jumo 004 on a scrapyard in Uetersen and during construction work a large fragment of a Jumo 004 was found which is still in a collection at the air base.
