Information concerning the loss of Georg Reichhart - JG3 - killed 26.08.1941

Can anyone provide information on the loss of pilot Georg Reichhart who was with 5./JG 3, and killed over Russia on the 26/27th August 1941?

27 Aug 1941 5./JG 3 Gefr Georg Reichhart † take-off accident, crash, handling error, airfield Stschastliwaja, damage 75% Bf 109 F-4 WNr. 8377.
