Information concerning the loss of Franz Xaver Kloiber - lost 22.01.1945

Hi,

Can someone provide information on the loss of Franz Xaver Kloiber who was part of a transport crew who was killed on the 22nd January 1945?

His prayer card gives the date of 18.01.1945 but someone has written over that date with the 22.01.45 in pencil.

Any help would be appreciated.

The Grabersuche site has a Ogef. Franz Kloiber born 02.02.1922 at Sonndorf as killed/missing on 22.01.1945 east of Kalisz (Wartheland) , possibly buried as an unknown at Pozan-Milostowo . The site does not indicate which of the services or branch he came from but possibly your man ,
