Information concerning the loss of Oberfeldwebel Ludwig Maier - killed 16.12.44

Hi,

I have just bought a Luftwaffe sterbebild detailing the loss of an Oberfeldwebel Ludwig Maier who was killed on the 16th December 1944.

It looks like he spent some time as a flying instructor for new fighter pilots before being lost exercising his duties.

He was lost over the West.

Rick, I have Ofw Ludwig Maier, 11./ EJG 1, Fw-190A-8, Wnr. 680755.
Fatal crash (100%) at Flugplatz Schönfeld-Seifersdorf. This is somewhat south of Dresden.
