Arado 196 claim 29 01 1943

Good morning to al ...
This question is about a little developed subject in the history of the Lw.
I am looking for information on the Arado 196 units which were deployed in France until 1943.
In particular, I would like to know a detail about the 5/BF Gr196, based in Brest Sud.
January 29, 1943 Oblt Heinz Wurm participated in the destruction of a Boston of 226 Sqd.
could we know the code and the WNr of his Arado 196?
Or a photo of this?

thanking you

Frédéric,

Have a look at the following document on Andrew Arthy's old site. This specifically mentions the 29 Jan 1943 action.

Apart from it was apparently shared with Flak, I can add nothing more. I do have Wurm's PERS6 file but apart from being an experienced coastal pilot who reached the rank of Ofw before being commissioned no mention of this or a photo of him

Re: Arado 196 claim 29 01 1943

Apparently 5./196 had a Hansa cog sailing vessel with orange-red sails on a white shield
