Does anyone know of the official statistical number of friendly fire incidents, air-to-air between RAF aircraft, particular any for 31 May 1940 over the beaches of Dunkirk.

I would think that such official statistics would be far from the minds of the powers that be at this stage of the war! Survival would have been paramount?
