Where did the Wildcats go?

What happened to the F4F Wildcats and FAA MArtlets/Wildcats after they were replaced by Hellcats and Corsairs? Were they sold to other countries or where they simply scrapped?

Wilcats could operate from the smaller escort carriers, so they retained their usefulness (at least their progressive developments).

After the war all of them was fill the dumps or even torn off the deck.

It's a pity no Wildcats found their way to other air forces, like happened with the Hellcat and Corsair.
