Major Walter C. HEARNE / 370th FG / July 29, 1944

Hello/Bonjour,

I would like to know what Jay Jones' book [The 370th Fighter Group in WWII] tells about the mission of July 29, 1944 and the loss of Major Hearne and I am also looking for at least one photograph of this airman. FYI: I already have the MACR and E&E report.
