Help in identifying Bookplate signatures
 

Hello all

Can anyone help with any signatures on this bookplate, link below. The book is 'The Reconstruction of Warriors' by E.R Mayhew. I have contacted The Aviation Bookshop but they don't know! I recognise William Foxley and George Dove and am aware that on the bottom is Robert Mathieson but can't find any further info on him such as Sqn, role on the aircraft, he was injured flying a Lancaster is all I can find. If anyone recognises any of the other signatures and has info on them such as rank, sqn, awards, role within the crew etc I'd be most grateful.
