JNAM pilot Tsuguo Matsuyama and Masao Sato
 
Hello,
I have recently aquired a 1/32 Tamiya model for zero fighter model 21 and I am very interested to find out more about the pilots named Masao Sato and Tsuguo Matsuyama.Anyone knows their victories and ultimate fate during wwII or postwar? Thanks in advance.Bogdan

Thank you very much for your information.
Please add any info about these two pilots' combat activity during war, if posible. Did they flew much, or were they put out of commision after Pearl Harbour? I know they were both KIA, but they might have been reactivated later. I have not heard of any claims of theirs further in the war.

You should ask your local Library's "Interlibrary Loan"/ OCLC department to obtain for you the book, Japanese Naval Aces and Fighter Units in World War II, by Ikuhiko Hata and Yasuho Izawa (Annapolis, MD: Naval Institute Press, 1989).
