LUFTWAFFE TOP SCORERS 28 AUG 40

In a communique dated 28 Aug 40, the Luftwaffe listed its top aces as follows:

Maj Werner Moelders 29 (JG 51)
Maj Adolf Galland 24 (JG 26-I have 23 on 28 Aug 40)
Hptm Gerhard Schoepfel 14 (III./JG 26-I have 12 on 28 Aug 40)
Oblt Hermann-Friedrich 13 (1./JG 51-I have 11 on 28 Aug 40)
Joppien
Lt Manhard 9 (Lt Walter Manhart 6./ZG 26 POW 2 Sep 40?)
Oblt Klaus 8 (Oblt Georg Claus Stab/JG 51)
Oblt Franz von Werra 8 (Stab II./JG 3)
Oblt Schnell 7 (Oblt Karl-Heinz Schnell 9./JG 51 6 on 28 Aug 40)
Fw Behr 7 (Fw Heinz Baer 1./JG 51 7 on 29 Aug 40)
Oblt Willi Stange 6 (8./JG 3-6 on 29 Aug 40)
Oblt Guenther Schulze- 6 (4./JG 53-6 on 6 Sep 40
Blanck

What puzzles me is some of the major omissions (JG 2 and JG 53 for starters) and who was Lt Manhard (or was this a typo)

Manhardt seems to ring a bell for me but no info

Thanks Peter I am aware of this but who is the 9 victory Manhard/Manhardt referred to by the German authorities? I now suspect it is a typo like Klaus and Behr. I thought maybe Machold but he was not a Leutnant at this time
