Information concerning loss of Oberfeldwebel Matthias Hilz - killed 22.07.1941

Hi,

Recently bought this sterbebild of a Luftwaffe flier.

He is Oberfeldwebel Matthias Hilz who was a pilot in an army reconnaissance squadron and was killed on the 22nd July 1941 over Russia.

Can anyone provide details on his loss please?

GQM loss return 27 July 1941 item 37:
22.7.41 5.(H)/12 operational flight, loss location Mohilow, cause of loss unknown, Fw 189 A-1 WNr. 0143 H1+BN 100%.
