Onformation concernng loss of Uffz. Hans Hattler - bortschutze in a bomber squadron killed - 07.09.42

Hi,

Can anyone provide informtion on the loss of Uffz. Hans Hattler who was a bordschutze in a bomber squadron.

He was killed on the 7th September 1942 on a flying mission near to Smolensk.

7.9.42 4./KG 54 Feindflug, Absturz bei Schatalowka infolge Motorstörung, Ju 88 A-4 WNr. 2660, 100%.

Bs Uffz Johann Hattler +.

Handwritten amendment: loss category 20 = destroyed without enemy action on an operational flight.
