Alaska Civilian plane crashes 1944 and 1945
 

I have been reading an article about the famed Alaskan fur buyer Johnny Schwegler AKA "Muskrat Johnny" . He was in 2 WW II civilian plane crashes does anyone have any more info:

10 June 1944 the floatplane flown by Ed Tousaint flipped over in the Chena river near downtown Fairbanks both he Schwegler survived

3 (?) May 1945 Tony Schultz crashed a new plane at the Fairbanks field. Schwegler suffered minor injuries.
