354 FG 10 April 1944

The group was engaged while escorting B26s to Namur. Several claims were made for FW190s and Bf109s. Does anyone know what gruppen/geschwader were engaged in this action? Review of records of JG26, JG2, and JG1 reflect no claims or losses on this date.

Hi,

JG2 was engaged in this battle.

Gefr. Karl-Heinz Hübenthal (10./JG2, 68420/375) was killed on 10/04/1944 18h30. He is presently buried at the German War Cemetery at Lommel (Belgium).
