Appears to be in GQM dated 16.09.1942 page 2 which shows Ju 88 A4 5786 damaged 30% by Flak Pl.Qu 4915 . Ff Hptm Rolf Schmit killed , B Ogef. Helmuth Ulbrich and Bs Ofw Wilhelm Seidel both wounded/injured . Could not find a later GQM correction to Hptm Rudolf Schmidt .
