Aircraft damaged by barrage balloon

Hi All.

Looking for information on an aircraft damaged by a balloon cable over a north-east of Scotland town on the 19th of March 1943

trying to identify the town, or the aircraft that was damaged

Reported in local press on Saturday 20th March 1943
