information concerning loss of TG4 crewmember - 1944
 

Hi,

I have recently purchased a portrait of a Luftwaffe crew member from TG 4 who was killed in 1944 - no further information on the date.

His name is Hans Dieterle (possibly Dietesle) = not sure about 3rd letter from the end?

Might be difficult to find him.

Uffz. Hans Dieterle (1./TG 1?) was shot down in a Ju-52/3m near Belgrado by a P-38 of the 79th FS. Date 17 April 1944. Wnr. 130859, 1Z+FH.

Other crew also killed: (Bf) Fw. Müller, Walter, (Bw) Uffz. Neiteler, Albert, (Bs) Gefr. Tatzel, August.
