My guess: abgeschossener feindlicher Jäger auf den Vormarsch [possibly] in Rußland.

= shot down enemy fighter on the advance in Russia

The text is "Abgeschossener deutscher Jäger auf dem Vormarsch in Rußland" = shot down German fighter on the advance in Russia
