Kokusai Ki-76 'Stella' - organization
 

The two-seat Kokusai Ki-76 'Stella' was used as an artillery spotter and liaison plane for the Japanese army.
I wonder if artillery battalions/regiments had their own Ki-76's or were they drawn from a pool in a larger formation, e.g. a division?
In short, how was its use organized?
