Do217 KG2 - Lincoln city attack Jan 1943
 

On 15 Jan 1943 a Do. 217 of 7./ KG2 attacked the city of Lincoln. Later being shot down by a Mossey of 151 Sqn.

I am trying to locate any photos of

Of the Dornier 217, pictures and aircraft details.

Do 217 E-4, 4308, U5+KR. I guess you know where it came down and as to photos, I have one of the other one lost that night but not this one

Jean-Louis Roba reports WNr 4308 with IV./KG 100 as crashing 26 July 1943 at Bayreuth-Bindlach

It can't be a confusion with WNr 4380 which had already crashed 19 July 1943

As far as I know there was no WNr 4038 meaning we can rule out that one as well.

Any suggestion which KG 100 aircraft we are talking about?
