Can anyone provide details of the loss of the Ju 88 Werk-Nr. 3640 (KG.3) on the 22.12.1941?

GQM loss return 25 Dec 1941 item 15:
22.12.41 5./KG 3 target Krapiwna-Odejew, reason of loss unknown, Ju 88 A-4 WNr. 3640 5K+EN 100%.
