Luftwaffe Barrage balloon battalion

Hello/Bonjour,

I am looking for the composition of Luftsperr-Flak-Abteilung units (called Luftsperr-Abteilung until 1944). Does receiving the designation “Flak” mean that the unit is then fitted with weapons? If so, what kind of weapons? 2cm or 4cm guns? Others?
