Thanks for your comment but you can find 57003/xxx in different units ... Examples : 57003/17 Lt. Robert Roller 6./JG 3 57003/32 Lt. Roland Prym 4./JG 26 57003/34 Oblt. Burchardt Böker 5./JG 77 I thing that my guy belongs to the JG 5 Pierre |

These unit codes were changed from time to time, as an intelligence countermeasure, so a lot depends on the date the EM was issued.

Gone through all the NVM's I have for JG 5. No EK marke with this unit code in those. Regards, Andreas |

Thanks for your trial ... The guy is definitely not the one I thought (he had another EM, obtained from E. Mombeek). So, another information : he was killed in France near Amiens... Pierre |

EM belongs to Lt. Hans-Joachim Rimarksi, 5./JG 2, +19/8/1943.
