Gloster Javelin book

Hi,

After a break from writing for almost a year I have decided on my next project. Having wrote about the Gauntlet and Gladiator I thought I'd turn my attention to the Javelin.

If anyone would like to share their experiences while flying or working on the Javelin then please get in touch. As usual with these project photos of the aircraft would also be greatly received. Full credit/acknowledgment will be given.

Please reply either here on the forum or via email.

Thanks for your time,

Alex

Re: Gloster Javelin book

Zura Żurakowski parted with Gloster while working on the project. Gloster knew better and this resulted with major flaws. Zura wrote about this in articles or even in his book.

Re: Gloster Javelin book

Hi,

If all goes according to plan my Fury/Nimrod book should be out for Xmas, if not then early next year.

I am currently in the final stages of a book on the Hawker Hart family. As I get to the end of one project I start to plan for the next.

Re: Gloster Javelin book

Hello
The book's title is Nie tylko o lataniu and it was edited in Canada but in Polish.
His articles, well, I have no idea, Flight perhaps? Generally, Zura was unfavourable towards Javelin (considered it dangerous) and Gloster's management and design team. That is why he moved to Canada.
