55th FG/343rd FS / December 31, 1943 / 2nd Lt. Larson

Hello/Bonjour,

I am looking for a picture of Second Lieut. Frank Arnold Larson, Jr, PoW at Stalag Luft I, Barth, Germany after his Lightning P-38 was shot down on December 31, 1943 in France near Pornichet (area of St. Nazaire). Thank you beforehand for your assistance.

Hello Dave,

Unhoped answer! As the days went by, I had given up hope that somebody would perhaps find a picture in the John M. Gray's book about the 55th Fighter Group. So a huge thank you - merci beaucoup - for this clipping and picture au Lt. Larson.
