This Gruppe was converting to the Fw 190 at Cognac while undergoing Jabo training. Who commanded 8 Staffel at this time? Hptm Hanns-Jobst Hauenschild? If so was he flying 3 November 1942 when 4 ac tried to attack Newton Abbot?
