Lee Larson in Stars&Bars

Hello,

In Frank Olynyk's (RIP) excellent Stars & Bars, there is a claim for a FW 190 on 14/01/45 made by Leland Alson "Lee" Larson of 15th TRS, 10th PRG.
However, there is a strange symbol for this claim (i.e not destroyed, probable, damaged etc)?
Is there anyone, who knows what kind of claim this was?

It was an unconfirmed damaged claim according to his ETO Victory Credits book.

Thanks for kind and quick help Kent!

I have Olynyk's CBI and MTO claims books since they are more in my natural interests and unfortunately never bought the others.
