On November 27, 1942, Fw. Rudolf Beck (EP-10 kills) of 9./JG 51 (born July 20, 1918 in Münich) collided in mid-air with
another Bf 109 F-2 (W.Nr. 12782) of 9./JG 51 over Gorodnja (Russia).
Did the collision occur in flight or in air combat?
Do you know, who was the pilot of Bf 109 F-2 (W.Nr. 12782), please?

Hello Gaston,

the GQM loss return says "Zusammenstoß in der Luft" = mid-air collision, but according to Jagdfliegerverbände Vol. 9/II there was a landing accident, they collided during the landing
The name of the second pilot is not known.
