Please tell me what available sources provide information about the B-25G bomber operations of the 379th BS in the Aegean Sea in 1943-44. When did this squadron conclude its operations in this area?

I have this resource. It only covers events up to January 1944, and regarding the 379th Squadron, it only lists the dates and the number of aircraft involved in the missions.

I think that you missed the small print:
"For subsequent months click on the Squadron Insignia for later time periods."
Monthly copies of reports and transcripts up to September 1945.
