As far as I know, Fond 35 records are unfortunately not available online, only by local researchers' help who find the records and photocopy them for you for certain fee. I have many of these pages -mainly mechanical, quarterly AC inventories for 1944-45 for certain Air Armies - but unfortunately access to these very interesting records due to the ongoing conflict is now paused, or at least significantly delayed.

Fond 33 records of personal/aircrew achievements, however, are still available online at podvignaroda.ru, but they do not have AC lists.
